1. Cancellation by the User
If you need to cancel your booking, make sure to do so as soon as possible to avoid any potential fees. We encourage you to follow our refund policy in case that is what you need:
- Cancellations requested over 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations placed between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days, upon each cancellation time frame request. For more questions and concerns about our refund policy, please contact our customer service team any time.
2. Casino-Initiated Cancellations
If the casino cancels your booking due to uncertain circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will assist you in finding an alternative event that meets your needs. Any payments made will be fully refunded or transferred to the new event of your choice in that scenario.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the reimbursement to reflect in your account. If you do not get your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain events or tournaments could be non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable event, the terms will be clearly stated during the booking process, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
